Compliance is an ongoing process and the result of fulfilling our obligations. Therefore, it becomes sustainable through its integration into the culture of our company and in the behavior and attitude of the people who work in it.

In order to have an effective Compliance management system that allows us to demonstrate our commitment to comply with laws, regulatory requirements, industry codes, internal and good governance standards, generally accepted best practices, as well as the expectations of our Interested Parties, the Compliance Committee of Grupo México was created. The following officers are the members of the Committee:

Javier Gómez Aguilar – Compliance Officer in the Infrastructure Division
Francisco Jurado Martínez - Compliance Officer in the Transportation Division
