Highest governing body of Grupo México charged with defining the corporate strategy and ensuring the creation of value as well as the efficient use of the assets and resources available. The Board of Directors is responsible for guaranteeing the company's ethical guidelines are followed and for monitoring the social and environmental performance of Grupo México. The General Shareholders Meeting appoints the up to 21 members of the board, at least 25% of which are required to be independent.
